Commission: Ice Technique Furnishings for the Ice Hockey World Championship 98 in the St. Jakobshalle Basel
The World Championship is since last Sunday a part of the past. As you already know from various media sources, the attendance at the games in the St. Jakobshalle was excellent. We would, therefore, wish to express our thanks to those responsible for the ice technique furnishings. Our trust in your company as well as your technology was justly warranted!
To put together an ice rink in only 96 hours that is suitable for a World Championship complete with board construction, ice hockey furnishings, ice making, ice coloring and markings, was indeed a champion achievement!
We wish to congratulate you for the ideal ice quality, which was confirmed by several players and coaches and also with a packed house (7500 spectators) and outside temperatures of almost 30°+, the ice was excellent!
Worth mentioning is also the good communication between those responsible from your staff and the technical service staff of the St. Jakobshalle in Basel.
